Turn Your Sandcastle Creations Into Cash!
Enter our Sandcastle Facebook Photo Contest this summer, and you could win CASH and a FREE sandcastle-building lesson! The grand prize is $200 plus a two-hour lesson from beachsandsculptures.com, owned by professional sand sculptors Rick and Capri Mungeam. The lesson (good through the end of 2015) includes a demonstration of proper sand-sculpting tools and their usage, how to mix the right amounts of sand and water, and mentoring as you create a beachfront masterpiece.
To enter, you must build and photograph your own original sand sculpture and post its photo at http://woobox.com/mpcvx4. Judging for the grand prize will be done by Rick Mungeam. Second prize, $100, will be determined by which photo gets the most “likes” on Facebook. The contest ends August 12, 2014. Photos must be taken on the Gulf Coast in Florida, Alabama, or Mississippi. Amateur sculptors only, please — this is not a professional competition!
