You don’t have to own a boat to find plenty of fun during the Emerald Coast Poker Run. The annual boating event, presented by the Emerald Coast Foundation as part of Boat Week, has been around for more than 25 years and sets sail once again August 13-14. It’s the largest summer poker run in the U.S., and has raised over $2.5 million to benefit the ECF, which raises funds for Northwest Florida children’s charities and youth organizations.

The Emerald Coast Poker Run shares the stage with festive events including boat parades, contests, live music, food, and more. Reserve a Fort Walton Beach condo or house today to join the double day of fun!

– Official kickoff check-in and registration at AJ’s on the Bayou, August 13, 2 to 7 p.m.

– Captain’s Party at AJ’s on the Bayou, August 13, 6 to 9 p.m.

– Poker Run Stops, August 14, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participating boaters will collect their cards at designated checkpoints along a route that includes Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Pensacola Beach, and Destin. Spectators are invited to gather at the various stops to join in the fun. Stops are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

– Emerald Coast Poker Run Party at the Block, Fort Walton Beach, August 14, doors open at 6 p.m. Take time to relax with music, an all-you-can-eat buffet, and open bar or drink tickets for registrants. Registration is due by July 15, so what are you waiting for? It’s poker time!
