I Taste Autumn

by The Hometown Tourist on October 5th, 2010

Helllloooo October!   I can’t believe it’s that time of year again.   I have officially turned off my air conditioner in both my house and car and am enjoying the most amazing weather here at the beach.   I’m amazed and tickled to see and hear everyone talking about how beautiful the weather is and how spending time outdoors has never been better.   I, personally, am training for a half marathon and waking up in the mornings for my run and putting on a long sleeve shirt doesn’t seem as horrible as it has been in weeks prior.   It’s still not fun, just not horrible!

Along the beaches of Northwest Florida, it’s time for our annual wine festivals.   There’s nothing better than being at the beach, sipping a glass of wine, and watching the sunset.   Come join us!
